this is inside of la catedral, at the tomb of christopher columbus (or one of three). to touch this foot means to return to sevilla.

this is the ceiling of a chapel within la catedral.

this the view of sevilla from the very top of that big tower pictured above, after i climbed many many ramps.

and this is me posing triumphantly with the areal view of sevilla.

another view of sevilla from above.

outside of the alcázar. i look that way because it was really, really hot. and also i thought that everyone else was making an ugly face, too. apparently not.

bradley, for you. tile inside of the alcázar. tile really is everywhere in spain.

tile and me.

the gardens of the alcázar.

alcázar gardens from above.

my family supposedly arrived in españa yesterday, but i have yet to hear from them. soon we will be reunited. until then, i must balance schoolwork (paper, presentation, two tests), spanish family time, sunbathing, souvenir shopping, etc. yikes.

so i guess there's not a wal*mart in seville? that's a damn shame, because i really think you could find a good deal on water shoes there. alas...
