en fin:

i have been feeling as if i have loose ends to tie up, as if i need to properly wrap up this travel blog for posterity's sake. so.

i have been back in the states for almost a week. i have readjusted to my former sleeping and eating patterns and i have washed all of my clothes. i have probably forgotten half of what i learned over the summer. it seems like these few months were so short, or like my trip didn't actually happen at all. it feels like just yesterday that i left, even though a lot of things (both at home and with myself) have changed since may 22nd. i have discovered a lot about myself. made incredible friends. learned enough spanish to get by. decided that i will return to spain, and soon.
